Kayla Williams named Athletic Trainer for AHS

The AHS Athletics department would like to welcome Ms. Kayla Williams to our staff. Kayla joins us from Children Healthcare formerly a trainer at Pope High School. Ms. Williams will begin her work at Alpharetta beginning Jan. 2016. Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta provides sports medicine coverage for many metro Atlanta schools including Alpharetta High School.

Freshman guard Croix Bethune chipped in with 14 and Senior Guard Nebrinas Harton had 11. The Raiders are now 3-6 on the year 3-3 in conference.

Wrestling Starts our Strong

The wrestling team went to the Knight’s Invitational over Thanksgiving Break to compete in a traditional tournament. Senior Alex Rahm won 1st in his division, Senior Adam Danowitz won 2nd, Freshman Matt Kinder won 2nd, and Senior Julian Monroe won 3rd. Congratulations to our Wrestling Program and to our Coaches Wright, Paladino and Martone.

Letter Jacket Fitting Dec. 11

NEFF Co will be conducting a Jacket fitting in the AHS lobby on Dec. 11th at 7:30am. Jacket forms can be found at the front office.

Sam Morton to Row at Boston

Alpharetta High School would like to congratulate Sam Morton who signed with Boston University this morning. Sam will be attending BU on a rowing scholarship. Sam will be recognized on February 3rd during our National Signing Day event which will be held in the AHS auditorium at 7:00pm.
